Sit and lounge by the pool or take a chair to the canal and watch the many boats travel by. Don't want to watch your neighbors enjoy all the boating fun? Bring your own or rent from a local marina and tie up to your large dock! *Must be approved by owner prior for small additional fee* Perfect for entertaining, your modern coastal home has two separate living areas. Both giving unmatched views of your heated pool and canal. Each living space is fitted with a mounted HDTV flatscreen to entertain your toddlers or cheer on your favorite sports team. We know you'll be visiting Marco Island to enjoy it's well known and highly rated restaurants but for those who prefer a meal at home, we have you covered! Your kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and is completely outfitted. Whether you just want to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or cook up a fresh fish filet from Lee Be Fish to enjoy with your family on the pool deck (If you know, you know. If not, our hosts are here to give you all the best local recommendations to make sure you experience the best things Marco Island has to offer!) If we haven't sold you yet, I'm sure this will. Two of the four bedrooms are furnished with King beds while the other two have Queen beds. Comfortable beds and dressed with luxury linens. Your master suite has a King bed, w/ DirectTV, double vanity, over-sized walk-in shower, and private sliding doors to the pool deck. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, DirectTV, and access to shared guest bath, and sliding doors to the pool deck as well. Bedroom 3 fitted with that second spacious King bed, HDTV, and located near bedroom two next to the guest bath with double vanity, and shower/tub combo. Bedroom four has the Queen bed and located near the remaining half bath. We also have bikes, fishing gear, and beach chairs for your use.

  The location was great! Easy access to everything. We drove everywhere with no problem. Quiet area. House had everything you could think of. We had 7 people (2 older adults and 5 younger adults) and there was enough space for everyone. Pool was beautiful! Communicated with Taylor who was more than accommodating. I can’t say enough great things. Beds were comfortable. Having a washing machine was nice. Grocery stores close. Best part was we saw dolphins and a manatee in the water outside the back of the home. Would highly recommend this home. Thank you for allowing us to make some special family memories here!!

  EXCELLENT RENTAL FOR FAMILY TRIP OR A FEW COUPLES. WIDE CANAL AND HUGE YARD. CLEAN, WELL OUTFITTED KITCHEN, GARAGE WITH BIKES AND OTHER GOODIES. WOULD RENT AGAIN.
