  We had a great time with family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone! We spent a-lot of time on the porch and in the pool. We had a couple minor issues which were taken care of promptly. Would highly recommend this house, which is in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved seeing the turtles down the road!

  This home was beautiful! It had everything my family could possibly want on vacation. My grandchildren loved the pool and even the grassy area around the pool for a football catch! We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

  We and our two dogs had a fantastic stay at this spacious, comfortable house. The location was great for dog walking, visiting the beach, grocery shopping, going to church. To cool off, we enjoyed the good air conditioning and using the pool. Perhaps a future renovation will bring a screen around the pool? We had no problem getting takeout delivered. The local wildlife was all on display nearby...osprey, gopher tortoises, burrowing owls.

  What a lovely home! The views are incredible. The spacious home was a perfect retreat for us. It provided a private location with amazing views of Barfield Bay and a clean and well-appointed space to call our own for a few weeks. Everything went so smoothly. Our reservation was taken care of very quickly, the check-in was simple and well communicated, the home was full of everything we needed - fresh towels, dish and laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning supplies, toilet paper, basic toiletries, maps, menus, numbers to call if you needed anything. We loved all the space inside and outside the home allowing us to work, watch tv, take ZOOM calls, make a meal, take a nap and not disturb each other during the work day. The bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, living and kitchen are all well equipped. Just bring your swimsuit for the beautiful pool and you'll be all set for a vacation or work away from home trip. This property is close to dining, the beach, recreation facilities, church, and grocery shopping. It is just an overall great location. Renting with Edgewater Realty was a very positive experience.
